Aliyev: Baku is ready to build confidence with Yerevan
The President of Azerbaijan said today (Wednesday) that Baku has come to take small steps to build trust with Yerevan.
“We cannot imagine being friends with Armenia immediately, so we are ready to take small steps to trust Armenia,” ISNA reported at an international summit in Baku.
“Small steps are taken to build trust between Yerevan and Baku,” he said.
