In an official fatwa, the World Union of Muslim Scholars, emphasizing the continuation of the Zionist regime’s invasion of Gaza and repeatedly violating the ceasefire, stated important points, at the forefront, the necessity of jihad against the occupation of Islam in any Muslim world.

In this fatwa it is said:

-Immediate military life of the Arab and Islamic countries is obligatory to halt aggression.

-The perpetual Zionist regime is essential from land, sea and air, including the closure of the gorges, the waterways and the airspace of Islamic countries.

-All -encompassing Palestinian resistance -what military, financial, political and legal -is considered a religious duty.

-The union has also called for the immediate formation of a military coalition of Islamic countries to defend the Islamic Ummah and deterrence against rape.

-Any normalization of relations with the Zionist regime, as well as supplying oil and gas for the regime, is strongly forbidden.

– This fatwa has emphasized the need to revise the peace agreements of some Arab countries with the occupation regime.

-Financing has also been considered a must for supporting the people of Gaza and accelerating the reopening of the crossings.
