Russian attack on the site of Ukrainian commanders and Western coaches in Zelnsky’s birthplace
The Russian Defense Ministry announced Friday that Russian forces targeted the meeting of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Commanders and Western coaches at a restaurant in the city of Cryo Rug (or Cryfi Lung) with a precise missile attack in which “the enemy lost its forces.”
“On April 7, at 4:50 pm local time, a high accuracy missile landed at a meeting of the Army Commanders and Western coaches at one of the restaurants in the city of Cryvo Rog,” ISNA reports.
According to the ministry, the casualties of the Ukrainian armed forces have reached four military personnel and officers as well as up to five units of automotive equipment.
Ukrainian President Walodimir Zelnsky says the attack was in his hometown of a “residential area” and at least four people were killed.
The mayor also said more than five people were injured in the attack.
