Russia announced Friday that the issue of Iran’s nuclear case should be resolved politically and diplomatic, according to Mehr News Agency.

“We believe that Iran’s nuclear issue should be consulted and resolved in political and diplomatic ways,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

He added: “We believe that all parties should spend full restraint and focus on diplomatic efforts to solve all problems.”

“You know that we are currently reviving our relations with the United States, but Iran is our partner and we have comprehensive and strong relations with Iran,” Peskov told reporters.
