The Yemeni Ansarullah war information department broadcast a video of the American UAV carcass that was targeted over Marb province, Mehr News Agency quoted Shahab News Agency as saying.

According to Fast, this is the 16th UAV that has been overthrown during the battle of the Promised Conquest and the Holy Jihad.

In an interview with Al Jazeera News, a US Department of Defense official (Pentagon) had confirmed the accuracy of reports of the overthrow of a US military MQ-9 UAV by Yemen’s Ansarullah forces.

The Pentagon official said they were aware of reports of the incident and were investigating the details.

It should be noted that the MQ-9 UAV is one of the most advanced and expensive UAVs of the US Army, and its overthrow by Yemeni forces reflects their remarkable military capabilities.
