The White House issued a statement, referring to the US -Russian -Russian -based two -hour negotiations in the Saudi capital with Ukraine, according to the Mehr News Agency.

The situation in the Black Sea, as well as an agreement to stop attacks on Russian and Ukrainian energy infrastructure, which US President Donald Trump has offered, was the focus of bilateral technical talks, the statement said. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has earlier confirmed that negotiations were aimed at reviewing the possibility of revitalizing the cereal (Black Sea Initiative), initially signed by UN and Turkish mediation.
