Russian -US deal to guarantee safe navigation in the Black Sea

The White House said in a statement Tuesday that the United States and Russia agreed to help Russia to access world markets for agricultural exports and fertilizers, reduce maritime insurance costs and improve access to ports and payment systems for these transactions.
