Der Spiegel: Germany has confiscated Russian oil tanker in the shadow of Russia
A German magazine revealed that Berlin officials have seized a worn -out tanker on the northern coast of the country last January because it belonged to the “shadow” fleet of Russia with the aim of bypassing oil sanctions.
