The Yemeni armed forces said in a statement: “We targeted the American aircraft carrier” Harry Truman “in the north of the Red Sea with two cruise missiles and two drones.

“We targeted an American destroyer with a cruise missile and four drones,” the statement said.

The Yemeni Armed Forces said the attack on the Harry Truman aircraft is the third attack in the past four hours.

“We failed the air attack against our country, and the US warships withdrew north of the Red Sea,” the statement added.

The US invader will be responsible for all the consequences of the Red Sea militarization and the expansion of the conflict.

The continuation of US attacks on Yemen will have a negative impact on the international navigation movement, the statement added.

The Yemeni armed forces reiterated: “We emphasize that we will continue to target all the hostile goals in the Red Sea and the Arab Sea until the invasion of our country is stopped.”
