The UN called for a cessation of fire exchange between Yemen and the US
The UN has called for a cessation of any exchange of fire between the United States and the Yemeni armed forces, the British News agency quoted sources as saying.
According to RCO News Agency, the West Asian region has again faced severe tensions following US invasive attacks on Yemen, which has resulted in the testimony of dozens of civilians, including children.
In the same vein, the British news agency Reuters quoted sources as saying that the United Nations has called for an immediate suspension of all the exchange of fire between the United States and the Yemeni armed forces.
“The United Nations has also called for a reduction in tensions to prevent a new conflict in West Asia,” the British News Agency added.
The UN demands that today US officials, including US Secretary of Defense Pit Hegest, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, US Finance Minister Scott Bosent and White House National Security Adviser Mike Waltz have not only defended their aggressive action against Yemen, but also Iran.
