Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman bin Jassim al -Thani said Qatar’s policy is based on no hostility and to be friends with all and to establish peace in the region and the world, according to Mehr News Agency.

We should not tie our engagement with Iran to American positions, because if we want to take a stand against the neighbor on the basis of external factors and this neighbor someday compromise with our enemy, then how should we treat this neighbor? The relationship with Iran is important not only for Qatar but for all countries of the Regional Cooperation and Stability Council, and we hope that the issue of Iran’s nuclear program will be resolved through diplomatic.
