Kremlin: Russian -US relations must be left out of the negative burden of sanctions

A spokesman for the Kremlin today (Tuesday) said Russian -US relations should be relieved of the negative burden of sanctions. He also said that the United States could provide the biggest help in the peace process by halting weapons to Ukraine.
