Hamas, a spokesman for the Hamas Movement, said the Zionist regime is responsible for not starting negotiations in Gaza.

He added: “No talks with the Hamas movement have been held at present on the second phase of the ceasefire.”

Qasim said: Extension of the first phase of the exchange of prisoners with the framework that the Zionist occupiers want is rejected by us.

“The Zionist regime is trying to bring its prisoners back and at the same time be able to resume the war against the Gaza Strip,” he said.

Previously, there were reports of Netanyahu’s plan to rebuild the war against Gaza.
