The Ukrainian intelligence service claimed that Russia is preparing to announce a victory in the war on February 7, at the fourth anniversary of the war, Mehr News Agency quoted Al Jazeera as saying.

The Ukrainian Intelligence Service emphasized: Russia has intensified its efforts to discredit Ukraine and shake its position among countries that support our forces decisively.

Ukraine’s stance comes as Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in a recent statement that the West has steal Russian blocked assets and uses it to support Ukraine.
