Rubio’s consultation with the European Foreign Ministers on Riyadh meeting

The parties also agreed to promote the constructive process, according to a statement by a US State Department spokesman.

Similar to the Russian side, Washington announced that “a phone call after a meeting to establish lasting peace is not enough.”
