US aircraft carrier hit a commercial ship in the Mediterranean Sea
The US Navy has announced that the USS Harry’s aircraft carrier. Truman (CVN-1) hit the M/V Besiktas-M ship at around 9:30 pm near the port of Saeed in the Mediterranean Sea.
A spokesman for the US Navy’s Sixth Fleet said in a statement that the ship had not been flooded and that no damage was reported to the crew.
The Truman Navy’s propulsion systems have also remained without problems.
Research is underway and no further information is available.
