German police spokesman declared the identity of the suspect attacking a car in Munich as Afghanistan, according to the Mehr News Agency.
According to a police spokesman, the man is 5 years old and is applying for asylum in Germany. Bayern Governor Marcus Zodir also says the incident is suspected of “terrorist attack”.
Police have not yet provided details of whether the incident was deliberate.
