White House spokesman Caroline Lewat announced Wednesday that Russian prisoner Alexander Vinick will return to Russia.
According to RCO News Agency, US National Security Adviser Mike Waltz announced last night that US President Steven Witekaf is leaving the country with the US citizen who was imprisoned in Russia.
