According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Arabiya, President-elect Donald Trump said on Tuesday that the agreement on the release of Zionist prisoners held by Hamas and the establishment of a ceasefire in Gaza may be completed by the end of this week.

In an interview with the “Newsmax” website, the president-elect added: “I understand that the parties are finalizing the agreement, but it must be done.”

According to Al Jazeera, Donald Trump continued in an interview with “Newsmax”: We are close to a ceasefire agreement and if this does not happen, there will be big problems. We will reach the exchange agreement (prisoners) and the negotiations have come to an end; It may be announced by the end of this week.

Trump did not disclose further details about the deal.
