According to RCO News Agency, French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Kerr Starmer emphasized their commitment to support Ukraine in their meeting.
Macron wrote on the X social network (former Twitter) about his meeting with Starmer, which took place at the official residence of the British Prime Minister: “We reiterated our commitment to support Ukraine and discussed the situation in the Middle East, relations between the United Kingdom and the European Union, and the preparation for “We discussed the upcoming meeting between France and Britain.”
According to Sputnik News agency, Russia has started its “special military operation” since February 24, 2022. Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the ultimate goal of this operation is the “complete liberation of Donbass” and the creation of conditions that guarantee Russia’s security, that is, the disarmament of Ukraine and the “de-Nazification” of this country.
