According to Mehr news agency, sources told Al-Arabiya that several people were killed and injured in the Boko Haram attack near the presidential palace in Chad.

This is while an official close to the president of Chad also told this news channel that our forces repelled the Boko Haram attack on the presidential palace.

Reuters news agency reported a few minutes ago that the sound of gunfire was heard near the presidential palace in the capital of Chad.

On the other hand, sources told Al-Arabiya that the President was present in the palace during the Boko Haram attack.

An official close to the President of Chad told Al Arabiya that the situation in the capital is under control after the Boko Haram attack was repelled.
