French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barro emphasized on Wednesday that the European Union will not allow an attack on its borders.

In response to Trump’s statements about the control of Greenland, the French foreign minister said: The European Union will not allow any country, whoever it is, to attack its independent borders.

“We are a strong continent,” Barrow told France Inter radio.
