According to RCO News Agency, citing Al-Maloumeh, informed sources announced that the American military has opposed the request of elements of the Golan terrorist regime to evacuate some positions close to the country’s oil and gas fields.

These sources added that Jolani elements tried to increase their influence in areas close to oil and gas resources, but the American occupation forces opposed these advances and threatened them with the use of force.

They stated that the Americans’ opposition to the request of Jolani elements shows that Washington wants to use the energy lever as a means to realize its strategic interests, especially after the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.

These sources stated that the Americans are looking to remain in the region and attack Syria’s oil and gas resources regardless of their alliance with Julani.
