According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Baghdad Al-Youm, informed Syrian sources announced today, Monday, January 6, 2025, that Tahrir al-Sham withdrew more than 90 military elements from its multinational brigades from around the shrine of Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) in the suburbs of Damascus due to Misbehavior and increased complaints against them.
These sources stated: Despite Tahrir al-Sham’s extreme approach and its famous history in this field, it deals with religious shrines, especially Shiite holy places, with extreme caution, so as not to commit abuse or abuse that would cause public opinion to react.
The mentioned sources added: The withdrawal of these multinational soldiers was after the release of a video file with the contents of a sect that discredits Tahrir al-Sham in front of the Syrian public opinion. faced a big challenge regionally and globally.
These sources stated: Tahrir al-Sham has given a strict order that no image or video from inside the holy places be broadcast or published because the previous videos had a negative impact and caused sectarian tension in the region.
