According to the report of Mehr News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, the Zionist newspaper “Haaretz” announced the warning of the Zionist regime army to the Zionist soldiers about the possibility of arrest outside the occupied territories.
Based on this, the Zionist army has warned the Zionist reserve soldiers who are outside the occupied territories that they may be arrested according to criminal complaints for their participation in the Gaza war.
Haaretz announced that the Zionist regime has faced legal difficulties due to the videos and images that the Zionist military publishes during its attacks on the Gaza Strip.
This Zionist newspaper stated that the officials of the civil and military courts of the Zionist regime have warned that the gradual reduction of the independence of the Zionist judiciary can weaken the efforts to provide legal protection to the Zionist soldiers outside the occupied territories.
It should be noted that this morning the media of the Zionist regime reported that a Brazilian court has issued an order to investigate a soldier who entered the country’s territory.
According to this report, the said investigation is being conducted based on the accusation of committing war crimes by this soldier in the barbaric attack of the Zionist regime on the Gaza Strip. A little later, the media of the Zionist regime announced that this soldier left Brazil for fear of arrest and went to the occupied territories.
In Chile, a Zionist soldier present in this country has been judicially investigated by 620 lawyers.
This Zionist soldier, whose name is “Sar Hershon”, is a member of the 749th Battalion, and the lawyers suing him have described his accusations as committing crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Chilean media announced that this Zionist soldier is currently in Chile.
The International Criminal Court (The Hague) has already issued an arrest warrant for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoaf Galant, the former Minister of Defense of the Zionist regime, for committing war crimes in Gaza.
The Hague Tribunal stated that there were “reasonable grounds” to find that Netanyahu and Gallant were responsible for crimes such as using starvation as a weapon of war, killings and other inhumane acts.
