Describing hybrid warfare as a “combination of traditional military operations, economic pressures, cyber attacks and propaganda in the media and social networks,” Pistorius claimed that the attackers’ main goal is to destabilize societies!

He added: It is important for Germany to prepare itself against this threat. We must prepare ourselves to face Putin’s threat. Actions must be taken to thwart Putin’s strategy.
