Qasd: American mediation failed in Manbij – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Mayadin Network, the media center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (Qasd) announced that US efforts to establish a permanent ceasefire in the city Manbij has met with failure.
