The 15th EU sanctions package against Russia was approved
The European Council announced the application of the 15th package of economic sanctions against Russia with the aim of “weakening Moscow to advance the war in Ukraine”.
According to RCO News Agency, the Council of Europe announced today (Monday) that the European Union foreign ministers approved the application of the 15th package of sanctions against Russia in their meeting today.
By publishing this article, Novosti News agency reported that the Council of Europe announced in a statement: The Council today approved the 15th package of restrictive economic measures aimed at further limiting Russia’s ability to carry out its illegal and unjustified war of aggression against Ukraine.
In this statement, the European Union has added 54 individuals and 30 Russian entities to its list of sanctions against Russia.
The latest EU sanctions package also includes 32 entities from China, India, Iran, Serbia and the UAE.
