According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Mayadin, the Secretary General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement reacted to the recent developments in Syria and the fall of the former president of this country, Bashar al-Assad.

“Ziyad al-Nakhleh” said: “The developments that took place in Syria are an internal issue and are related to the choice of the brotherly nation of Syria.”

He emphasized: The Islamic Jihad movement hopes that Syria will continue to be the real helper and supporter of the Palestinian nation and its just cause, as it has always been.
