According to Mehr news agency, quoted by Reuters, British Foreign Minister David Lammy announced that after the verdict of the International Criminal Court (The Hague) to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu due to war crimes in the Gaza Strip, he will continue to talk to Netanyahu will continue.
He, who was speaking in the select committee of foreign affairs of this country’s parliament, further claimed that if Netanyahu enters England, he will abide by the sentence of the Hague Court to arrest Netanyahu and emphasized that he has no way to ignore and avoid this sentence.
The British Foreign Secretary added, however, that he would continue to talk to Netanyahu and senior Israeli cabinet officials about issues such as the Gaza ceasefire and the importance of sending humanitarian aid to the Palestinians.
