Erdogan: We will complete the security belt from the Mediterranean to the Iranian border! – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to Mehr news agency, quoted by Anatolia news agency, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the head of the ruling Justice and Development Party, in his speech at the party’s group meeting in the Turkish parliament, claimed his government’s determination to fight terrorism and create security in the southern borders!

Referring to the efforts to deal with terrorist threats, Erdogan claimed: step by step, we will finalize the project of clearing the southern borders of our country from the threat of terrorism with the security belt that extends from the Mediterranean Sea to the border of Iran.

He claimed: We will deliver a Turkey without terrorism or policies supported by terrorism to our children!

The President of Turkey also mentioned the plans for next year and added: Next year we will achieve new achievements in the fight against terrorism by using diplomatic and military methods.

Asserting Turkey’s determination to continue fighting terrorist groups, Erdogan claimed: As long as these groups continue to play their role as mercenary and hired killers of world powers, we will continue to crush them, wherever they are!

Today’s claims of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan have been made while Ankara is still supporting terrorist groups in Syria and Ankara itself is one of the sources of unrest in Syria.
