According to the Mehr News Agency, Al Jazeera quoted a Lebanese security source as saying that none of the Hezbollah commanders were present in the building targeted by the Zionist regime’s airstrike in the “Al Basteh” area in Beirut.
Al-Mayadeen also reported, citing reliable sources, that the news published about the attack on one of the resistance commanders and his assassination or martyrdom in the encroachment of the “Al Bastah” area in Beirut is false.
“Amin Sherry”, one of the representatives of the Lebanese parliament, also announced that none of the prominent figures of Hezbollah were present in the targeted building in Beirut.
He clarified: This is the eighth time that Beirut has been attacked. No military targets were attacked in any of these attacks.
It should be noted that last night, the Zionist regime targeted the “Al Basteh” area in Beirut with a heavy air attack. This brutal attack resulted in the martyrdom of 16 people and the wounding of 23 people. In this attack, the Zionist regime used stone-breaking bombs and caused extensive destruction in the region.
This morning, Channel 14 of the Zionist regime claimed that the target of the heavy bombing of Al Basta area in the center of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, was one of the senior commanders of the Lebanese Hezbollah.
In this regard, the Times newspaper of the Zionist regime claimed that the target of this attack on the center of Beirut was “Talal Hamieh” who is responsible for the foreign operations of the Lebanese Hezbollah.
