French publication: France and England lifted restrictions on Ukraine
The French publication announced the lifting of restrictions on Ukraine by France and England. Ukraine can now use Western long-range missiles against targets on Russian soil.
According to RCO News Agency, France and England have issued permission for Ukraine to use long-range “Storm Shadow” missiles against Russian territory.
The French publication “Figaro” reported without providing further details: “France and England have agreed to Ukraine’s use of long-range Storm Shadow missiles against targets deep in Russian soil.”
Earlier, the American publication “New York Times” also reported, quoting American officials, that “Joe Biden” the president of the United States of America has agreed to Ukraine’s use of long-range “Atacoms” missiles against Russian positions.
A US official told this publication: “Washington’s decision to authorize the use of ATACMS long-range missiles was made in response to Russia’s decision to use North Korean military forces.”
According to the New York Times, this decision will not change the course of the war in favor of Ukraine, but merely “a warning to North Korea” so that “Pyongyang understands that its forces are at risk.”
The New York Times also wrote that many American officials are afraid of Ukraine’s use of long-range missiles against Russia and the possible reaction of Russian President Vladimir Putin to this decision.
Russian officials, including Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, had warned about this move and declared that such a decision would mean NATO entering the war against Russia directly.
On the other hand, despite London’s agreement with Kiev’s use of the Shadow of Storm missile, British media sources previously reported that since the new government of this country with Prime Minister Kerr Starmer took office, London will no longer use Storm Shadow or Storm Shadow missiles. has not sent to Ukraine, because the number of these missiles in the British arsenal has decreased.
According to military sources, the suspension of the delivery of Storm Shadow missiles from the UK to Ukraine is due to the decrease in the number of these missiles in the British arsenal.
The Storm Shadow missiles have a range of about 250 kilometers and Kiev has already used them to attack the Russian navy in the Black Sea and on the Crimean Peninsula.
Contrary to the analysis of experts and the belief of American officials, Ukraine believes that expanding the use of these missiles into Russian territory is vital for Kiev to achieve the goals of its victory plan.
However, according to the New York Times, this decision will not change the course of the war.
While referring to the war in Ukraine and the situation of this war-torn European country, CNN recently reported: “Victory defined by the Ukrainian government as the withdrawal of Russian forces from all Ukrainian territories is impossible.”
More than 2 and a half years have passed since the war in Ukraine and there is still no prospect of peace in this country. This is while some Western countries, especially the United States of America, insist on sending financial and military aid to Kiev instead of focusing on diplomatic solutions to resolve this conflict, and on the other hand, Russia has repeatedly pointed out that the continuation of such a process will only increase the war. It makes it longer.
In the continuation of the report, CNN emphasizes: “The negative outlook on the future of Ukraine has darkened and weakened the morale of the country’s allies, and they no longer discuss and consult about Kiev’s dominance on the battlefield, but rather talk about the fact that Ukraine currently has territories in has authority, so the Kremlin can be forced to negotiate.”
