According to RCO News Agency, citing Kyodo, at least three people were killed after two boats collided in the Seto inland sea in western Japan.

According to Kyodo, the incident occurred after a yacht collided with a towing vessel.

The captain of this vessel alerted the local fire department immediately after the incident.

According to him, four passengers of the yacht were saved, but two men and one woman did not survive. The pleasure boat also sank after hitting this 16-meter and 19-ton vessel.
