According to RCO News Agency, the new notification of the Iranian Embassy in Germany addressed to the Iranians residing in this country states: “Following the previous notification, it hereby informs that from November 28, 1403, all the consular services that were previously provided in the three Consulate Generals of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Frankfurt, It was presented in Hamburg and Munich, it will be concentrated in the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Berlin.

Important points:

1- Dear compatriots, from November 28, 1403, after receiving the interception code from the carnation system and taking a turn from the queuing system, they can go to Berlin for consular affairs. Going to the embassy for consular affairs is only possible by appointment.

2- The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Berlin, for the welfare of Iranians, by transferring and completing the consular records of the aforementioned three Consulate Generals, is taking the necessary measures and planning to carry out part of the consular affairs by mail. Therefore, until detailed information regarding this matter, refrain from sending documents for consular affairs by mail.

3- Considering the emphasis of Mr. Dr. Araghchi, the honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country, on the importance of providing consular services to our dear compatriots, other representative offices of J.A. Iran in Europe, especially the neighboring countries of Germany, will also be ready to deal with the consular affairs of its compatriots living in Germany within the framework of possibilities and capabilities, and more detailed information in this regard will be announced in the future.
