Putin: The current world policy is not in line with the West’s wishes
Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that the current of world politics is moving in the opposite direction of the West’s wishes.
According to RCO News Agency, Putin said in an interview: “Even a skilled swimmer cannot swim against a strong current; Now it doesn’t matter if he used different tricks or even doping or not.”
He continued: “The current of global politics, or the main current, is in the opposite direction of the West’s wishes and is moving from a declining hegemonic world to a growing diversity.”
Putin added that the causes of modern conflicts lie in the unacceptable behavior and unprecedented geopolitical greed of the West after the Cold War, and any monopoly will end sooner or later.
The Russian president said that the politics of Western elites focuses on preservation rather than production, and the “game for preservation” almost always leads to failure.
He added that the model of a country should not be considered as a global model and imposed on others.
