Zelensky: 3,000 North Korean soldiers are in Kursk – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Kyiv Independent, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed the presence of North Korean troops in the battle between Russia and Ukraine.
In an interview with South Korea’s KBS TV channel, the President of Ukraine said: Russia has confirmed to the West that North Korea is actively participating in the war against Ukraine.
The President of Ukraine claimed that the Russian Federation confirmed at the intelligence level that North Korea is engaged (in war) and that Russia has spoken to the West about this.
Zelensky said: Two countries are officially at war against Ukraine. The (North Korean) military is officially involved.
According to the President of Ukraine, North Korea’s participation in the war is not only about the transfer of artillery shells, help in supplying missiles or the participation of technical personnel working in factories.
According to Zelensky, about 3,000 North Korean soldiers are currently stationed in Kursk province.
Previously, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and the Pentagon claimed that North Korea sent troops to Russia to participate in the war against Ukraine and stationed them in the Kursk province.
