US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said on Thursday that the United States had a serious discussion with China this week regarding the alleged presence of North Korean troops on Russian soil.

Regarding the reports about the contacts between Washington and Beijing, the spokesperson noted that China and the United States have always maintained their regular, routine and regular communication on China-US relations and international and regional issues.
