According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Sputnik, “Anna Skorokhod”, a member of the Ukrainian Parliament, announced that more than 100,000 Ukrainian military personnel escaped from the country’s armed forces units or left their place of service without permission.

He said: I don’t know exactly how many people left the service or ran away; But I think more than 100,000 people.”

Earlier, Roman Likhachev, a military lawyer at the Center for the Support of Veterans and Their Families, said that more than 100,000 servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces had voluntarily left their units.

The head of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Stanislav Kravchenko, announced on Tuesday a significant increase in desertion cases in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and called the situation threatening.

According to Ukrainian media estimates, the total number of refugees in Ukraine has reached 17,000.
