According to Mehr news agency, quoted by Reuters, “Vladimir Barbin”, the Russian ambassador to Denmark, announced the participation of Danish citizens in Ukraine’s war against Russia.

The Russian ambassador announced in an interview on Tuesday that the Danish authorities ignore the employment of mercenaries by the Ukrainian embassy and show their lack of responsibility in this regard.

Barbin emphasized that the hiring of mercenaries is approved by the Danish authorities, and they show that the participation of Danish citizens in military actions in Ukraine against Russia does not contradict the national laws of the country.

The Russian ambassador noted that the participation of dozens of Danish mercenaries in the war in Ukraine is documented.

The head of the Russian diplomatic mission in Denmark further said: Russia is considering decisions to prosecute these people.
