America does not want Ukraine to be a member of NATO
A Russian analyst said in an interview that American officials do not want Ukraine to join NATO. A number of member countries of this military alliance do not like Kiev to join this alliance.
According to RCO News Agency, “Alexander Mikhailov”, head of the military and political analysis bureau, told the Zvezda News channel that the same thing happened to other countries that wanted to join NATO. For example, the member countries of the Balkans faced the same problem.
He added that if America really wanted to see Ukraine in NATO, it would have done everything possible to achieve this goal, but nothing happened.
Ukraine’s entry into the NATO military alliance deprives the United States of the means of pressure on Russia, since Kiev cannot go to war without escalating the conflict on a global scale.
Previously, the Politico news website published a list of countries that do not want Ukraine to join NATO. In addition to America and Germany, countries like Hungary, Slovakia, Belgium, Slovenia and Spain are also in this list.
In the meantime, by presenting the so-called victory plan, Kiev has demanded Ukraine’s quick accession to NATO.
