According to the Mehr news agency, citing Al-Mayadeen, the media of the Zionist regime announced that a high-ranking Russian delegation has entered the occupied territories to discuss the possibility of reaching a ceasefire agreement and exchange of prisoners between Tel Aviv and the Hamas movement.

These media added that the Russian delegation carried a message from Russian President Vladimir Putin to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in which he asked him to end the war in Gaza and Lebanon.

The visit of the Russian delegation to the occupied territories comes at a time when a delegation from the Hamas movement also met with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov in Moscow.
