A representative of the Alternative for Germany party in the country’s parliament said that although some politicians want to attack Russia, Berlin is not at war with Russia and any escalation of tension in such a situation is undesirable.
According to RCO News Agency, “Stefan Kotre”, a lawmaker of the Alternative for Germany party, said: “Some German politicians want us to attack Russia. German Foreign Minister Analena Baerbock said that we are at war with Russia. This is terrible, this is a big lie. This will aggravate the situation and lead to the escalation of tension.”
According to the Sputnik News agency, this German lawmaker continued his speech and said: “Intensification of tension from any side, from the West or Russia, is very bad.”
