Guterres’ warning about regional war

According to Isna, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said on Friday evening at the United Nations Security Council meeting about the situation in Palestine that “the war in Lebanon may lead to further escalation and the intervention of powers outside the region.”

Meanwhile, the Zionist regime, while opposing the cease-fire in Gaza, continues to intensify aggressive attacks on Lebanon.

At the meeting where the Algerian proposal was made, the governor supported a temporary ceasefire to provide aid to Lebanon, saying: “We need this ceasefire now.”
