According to Mehr news agency, citing Al-Mayadin, the soldiers of the Zionist regime attacked Jenin in the West Bank and were confronted by Palestinian resistance fighters.

The Jenin battalion of the “Al-Asefa” forces (the military branch of the Fatah al-Intifada movement) reported that the fighters of this resistance group shot at the aggressor soldiers of the Zionist regime in the Jenin camp and exploded homemade bombs on these soldiers.

The Jenin Battalion of the Quds Battalions (the military branch of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement) also announced that the fighters of this battalion have clashed heavily with a group of special forces of the Zionist regime in the village of “Anza” in the south of “Jenin” and have caused certain casualties to them.

“Shohada al-Aqsa” battalions also announced that the fighters of these battalions are also participating in these armed conflicts.

Media sources reported the siege of a house in “Anza” town in the south of “Jenin” by the soldiers of the Zionist regime and the martyrdom of a woman and the serious injury of 3 other women as a result of the shooting of the Zionist soldiers.

In addition, the soldiers of the Zionist regime blew up the house of one of the wanted Palestinian fighters named “Qais al-Saadi” in the Jenin camp.

A number of Palestinian houses in the Jenin camp were also attacked by the soldiers of the Zionist regime, and the Zionist bulldozers also destroyed the streets and infrastructure of this camp.

Field sources in the West Bank reported that the soldiers of the Zionist regime have arrested hundreds of students and teaching staff of the “Al-Karama” school located around the “Jenin” government hospital.
