Interrogation of the head of BAC company by Hungarian intelligence officials
This Saturday, the Hungarian government announced the interrogation by the country’s intelligence authorities of the managing director of the “BAC” company, which was linked to the manufacture of pagers that exploded in Lebanon.
According to RCO News Agency, on Tuesday, a large number of pager devices exploded in different parts of Lebanon.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that these explosions killed 12 people and injured over 2,800 others.
A day later, on Wednesday, a second wave of multiple explosions of communication and electronic devices took place, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, at least 25 people were martyred and more than 600 people were injured.
After these explosions, the island of Taiwan first became the center of attention because the name of the Taiwanese company Gold Apollo was seen on the exploded pagers. Nevertheless, on Friday, Taiwan’s Defense Minister said that this island has nothing to do with the recent explosions of pager devices in Lebanon.
“Reuters” reported on Wednesday that the Mossad intelligence agency of the Zionist regime had placed explosives in 5,000 pagers ordered from the Taiwanese company “Gold Apollo”.
The CEO of Gold Apollo Company, however, announced that the model of the exploded pagers was produced and developed by a Hungarian company called “BAC” under the license of Gold Apollo, and then this Hungarian company told the Russian News agency “Ryanovsky” that it would provide consulting services. It is commercial and has not been involved in the production of pagers.
Christiana Barsoni-Arcidiacono, the Italian-Hungarian CEO of BAC, told NBC News that her company was “only an intermediary” and was not involved in the production of the pagers.
The Hungarian government’s media office announced in a statement that Barsoni-Arcidiakonou has been questioned several times since Wednesday by Hungarian intelligence agencies, and that the investigations of these agencies about the BAC company are continuing.
Also, the Office for the Protection of the Constitution of Hungary announced in a statement that the pager devices exploded in Lebanon were never in Hungary.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s government announced that BAC Consulting was “an intermediary trading company that has no production units or other operational locations in Hungary.”
