The Palestinian ambassador to Russia told Sputnik today that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas will attend the BRICS Summit in Kazan, Russia.
According to Isna, Palestinian Ambassador Abdul Hafez Noufal said: “Abbas will be at the summit… Of course, there is an invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin to attend.”
