Turkish Foreign Minister: The reaction of Iran and Hezbollah seems inevitable

According to RCO News Agency, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan emphasized that the Zionist regime is seeking to transfer its conflict with the Palestinians to Lebanon using a method often used by intelligence agencies.

Fidan answered the questions of the Anatolian News agency about the explosions of pagers and wireless phones in the last 2 days all over Lebanon, which the Zionist regime was responsible for.

He said in a live program of Anatolia news agency that this escalation of the situation brings the situation to a point where the reaction of Iran and Lebanon’s Hezbollah seems inevitable. Fidan emphasized: “There is no possibility that Iran and Hezbollah will not respond.”

Fidan criticized the current policy of the Zionist regime with the support of the West and called it extreme and destructive and pointed out that this policy lacks rationality and has radical motives.

Hakan Fidan also commented on a fully recognized state for Palestine and said that the veto of the UN Security Council is the only thing that prevents its realization; Currently, more countries unilaterally recognize it.

Turkish Foreign Minister said: “Rational people should step up and stop this madness. This madness does not only harm the Palestinians. It has also put the future of Israel and Israelis at risk.”

Referring to the repeated crimes committed by the Zionists against the Palestinian nation, he added: “If you slaughter so many innocent people, steal their land, humiliate them, you will remain under strong reactions for years. You do not know when, how and where this reaction will manifest itself. This will keep you in a spiral of insecurity for decades and centuries to come. “Any sane Israeli sees this, but the current fanatical and dominant mind is implementing a policy designed for total destruction.”

Regarding the normalization of relations with the Syrian Assad regime, Fidan said that Türkiye has no problem with normalization, but expects more measures from the Syrian side. “They have to make peace with the people first,” he said.

Regarding Turkey’s relations with the European Union and its membership process, Fidan said that the rise of the extreme right in Europe will not overshadow them because the relations are already in an aura of ambiguity.

He emphasized: “We have always treated our relations with the European Union as if the extreme right was already in power.”

He said that Europe cannot lose a strategic ally in Türkiye. Expressing regret for the stalled process, Fidan said that one of the reasons for Türkiye’s access to BRICS is the failure of the European Union to continue the membership process.
