Russia: The actions of the United States and England have paralyzed the UN Security Council

The Security Council is paralyzed. “We have Russia on one side and France, America and England on the other side of the Security Council.”

That’s why we want specific reforms in the United Nations that include representatives from the Global South, that is, Africa and Latin America. These talks continue.”

This Russian diplomat also noted that the United Nations cannot take care of all conflicts in the world. It is necessary to establish effective regional organizations to resolve and compromise local conflicts.
