Video/Direct warning of the Russians to NATO

The Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations emphasized in a special meeting of the Security Council, “If a decision to cancel arms restrictions on Ukraine is made or will be made in the future, this means that NATO has entered into a direct war with Russia.”
